(Preliminary result, awaiting comfirmation as of 1st oct, 2014)   About the Ranking system and Merits given: Those ranked within the top 10, will be granted access to a portal where our reviewers and professional editors will be on stand-by,  to review your manga, answer any questions, or provide any general assistance to drawing better manga! You will be guaranteed an answer, anytime of the year 🙂 Those ranked between 11-30, will be granted a “Read-only” access to the portal, where you will be able to share what advise professional editors give to hopeful future manga artists.   How points are assigned : You will be granted points according to the award win. Please note you will be given points, even if your work do not win an award, as shown below : 1st prize ( The Winners award ) – 20 points 2nd prize ( The Winner Runner-Up ) – 15 points 3rd prize ( The Excellence award ) – 10 points 4th prize ( The Excellence Runner-Up ) – 8 points 5th prize ( The Honourable Mention Award ) – 5 points All other entries – 2 points per qualifiable piece of Manga   “Title” and award giving ceremonies : To reward and honour the top achievers, we will hold a regular “Title Giving Ceremonies”! The first event is scheduled for January 2015, to be held in a venue in central Tokyo. We will hold several events, details to be confirmed. Top 10 winners are invited to Tokyo, to receive their award and title, directly from the board of judges and Mr. Horie himself. 😉 Top 10 winners will be contacted to make arrangements.
